How do I book a ride with True Concierge?

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, corporate accounts, and pre-arranged invoicing for approved clients.
Can I schedule recurring transportation?
Yes. Many corporate and executive clients book recurring weekly or monthly travel. Our concierge team can set this up for you.
Do you require a deposit for reservations?
For premium vehicles and large events, a deposit may be required. Standard bookings typically do not.
Limousine service
What types of limousines are available?
Our limo service is built around Mercedes Sprinter limos with stand-up headroom and lounge seating for up to 14, plus executive sedans and Cadillac Escalades for smaller parties. We do not operate traditional long-body limousines.
Are limousines equipped with Wi-Fi and refreshments?
Yes. Most vehicles offer Wi-Fi, bottled water and entertainment features. Refreshments can be customized on request.
Can I book a limo for weddings or proms?
Yes. We specialize in event transportation for weddings, proms and special occasions. See wedding transportation.
How far in advance should I book a limousine?
We recommend 2 to 4 weeks ahead for peak seasons, and we often accommodate last-minute requests when vehicles are available.
Black car and chauffeur service
What sets your black car service apart in Memphis?

Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Yes. All chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked and trained in etiquette and safety.
Can I request the same chauffeur for repeat bookings?
Yes. Regular clients often request their preferred chauffeur, and we are happy to accommodate.
Do you provide corporate account options?
Yes. Businesses can set up corporate accounts for streamlined billing and recurring service.
Airport transportation
Do you track flight arrivals for airport pickups?
Yes. Real-time flight tracking means your chauffeur is there when you land, even if your flight is delayed.
Can you provide group transfers to and from Memphis International (MEM)?
Yes. We have vehicles for individuals, families and groups of up to 14 per Sprinter.
Do you offer meet-and-greet at the terminal?
Yes. Your chauffeur can meet you inside the terminal with a name sign.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight status and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
Sprinter van rentals
How many passengers can your Sprinter vans accommodate?
Up to 14 passengers (13 in the cabin, 1 up front). Larger groups use multiple Sprinters or affiliate shuttle buses.
Are the vans customizable for events or corporate use?
Yes. Options include captain's chairs, J-seating, TVs, bar setups, tables and lounge-style layouts.
Do Sprinters come with entertainment features?
Many of our Sprinters have premium entertainment systems and LED lighting.
Can I book a Sprinter for out-of-state events?
Yes. Our Sprinters are available for regional and interstate travel.
Private jet charter
What types of jets are available for charter?
Light, midsize and large jets, operated by FAA-certified Part 135 carriers and matched to your trip.
Do you provide in-flight concierge services?
Yes. From catering to productivity needs, our concierge team handles the details.
How much notice is required to book a private jet?
We recommend at least 48 to 72 hours, but last-minute charters may be available.
Are catering and amenities included in jet charters?
Catering, beverages and entertainment can be included or tailored to your preferences.
Event concierge

Can transportation be bundled with event planning?
Yes. Many clients combine event concierge and transportation.
