About True Concierge
For more than 13 years, True Concierge has been redefining luxury travel in Memphis and beyond. Locally owned and operated, we blend genuine Southern charm with world-class professional standards, and deliver peace of mind for every client, every time.
Our story: luxury with Southern hospitality
True Concierge was born in Memphis to provide transportation that is more than ordinary. Our founder, Dr. Morris L. Parker, saw a chance to offer a custom service for clients who value punctuality, privacy and comfort. We began with a single black car and a commitment to excellence. Our reputation for service and attention to detail spread quickly, and we grew from a small black car service into a full-service luxury transportation and concierge partner: executive sedans, Cadillac Escalades, Mercedes Sprinters, and private jet charter through FAA Part 135 carriers. We proudly serve Memphis and the surrounding area, including Germantown, Collierville and Southaven, along with Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas and Chicago, and cities nationwide through our trusted affiliate network.
