These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by True Concierge. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability.
A valid payment method is required to confirm bookings.
Deposits may be required for certain vehicle types or events.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations within 24 hours of service may be subject to fees.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with booking agreements.
3. Service Standards
Our chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and trained professionals.
We aim for punctuality, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to treat vehicles and staff with respect.
Damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
Illegal activity in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability Disclaimer
True Concierge is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, or events outside of our reasonable control.
6. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
